At Dar Al Sharq Digital Store, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a reliable customer experience. This policy explains the conditions for refunds, returns, replacements, and cancellations for both digital and physical products.

By purchasing from our website, you agree to this policy.

1. Digital Products (Downloads)

All digital products (including downloadable books and files) are non-refundable and non-returnable once access has been granted.

Why

Digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded.

Exceptions (Limited Cases Only)

A refund or replacement may be considered only if:

  • The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
  • The product is materially different from its description
  • You did not receive access due to a verified technical issue

Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase.

We will first attempt to resolve the issue (e.g., resend access or provide a corrected file). If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be issued.

2. Physical Products (Printed Books)

Physical products are delivered through our logistics partner Tawseel.

Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange only if:

  • The item was damaged during delivery
  • You received an incorrect item
  • The item has a clear manufacturing defect

Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Clear photos of the issue must be provided

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect selection by the customer
  • Minor printing or color variations
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

3. Refunds (Physical Products)

If your return is approved:

  • The item may be collected via Tawseel or returned based on our instructions
  • The item will be inspected upon receipt
  • If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method

Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval

Shipping or delivery fees may be non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.

4. Delivery Issues

If your order is:

  • Delayed beyond the expected timeframe
  • Lost during delivery
  • Marked as delivered but not received

You must contact us within 3 days of the expected or marked delivery date.

We will coordinate with Tawseel to investigate and resolve the issue.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Digital products: Orders cannot be canceled once payment is completed
  • Physical products: Orders can only be canceled before shipment confirmation

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
